This is a creativity and wellbeing workshop run by integrative therapists and artists. It is designed to help you develop your authentic voice and individual expression through writing, poetry and illustration using a variety of materials. The group will take part in mindfulness and regulatory practices and explore the use of language and art for expression and self-care.
