This is a creativity and wellbeing workshop run by integrative therapists and artists. It is designed to help you develop your intuitive expression through artmaking, mindfulness and connection to nature. The group will take part in grounding practices inspired by the organic shapes, textures, scents, colours and sounds at Hylands park. You will be guided to make several unique artworks using natural elements, mixed media, cyanotype photography, collage, drawing, painting and instinctive mark-making.
