This 4 week course runs Saturdays from 29 March to 26 April, skipping Easter weekend.  It’s suitable for beginners and those wanting to refresh their sewing skills.

In these 2 hour workshops you will learn how to use your sewing machine’s functions to make a different item each week.

• Week 1: Cushion – learn to use a pattern while creating your own cushion.
• Week 2: Tote Bag – look at measurements and different construction techniques while making your tote bag.
• Week 3: Cosmetic Bag – learn how to attach zips and birth your cosmetic bag.
• Week 4: Apron – learn how to conceal raw edges by attaching bias binding to your apron.

All groups are kept small with a maximum of 4 people and take place within Sue’s cosy studio within the grounds of Hylands Estate.
