Fireworks Schedule

The following firework displays are scheduled for May:

Friday 3 May, 9.50pm for approximately 10 minutes
Saturday 4 May, 9pm for approximately 7 minutes
Saturday 25 May, 9.40pm for approximately 10 minutes
Sunday 26 May, 9pm for approximately 8 minutes
Friday 31 May, 10pm for approximately 10 minutes

A new policy has been put into place for private bookings, including weddings and large events, requesting low-noise fireworks to be used on Sundays – Thursdays and after 10pm. This does not affect bookings made prior to 2023.

Road Closures

The work to rebuild the A12 Margaretting Bypass between junctions 13 (Ingatestone) and 15 (Three Mile Hill) is still ongoing, including removing and replacing the current concrete road surface.

Resident Parking Discounts

Parking charges apply at the car parks at Hylands Estate between 9am and 6pm.
