Hylands Estate offers an impressive setting for business & meetings events; ideal for holding small meetings, larger conferences, and seminars. Surrounded by 574 acres of peaceful parkland, our opulent period House interiors and contemporary Grand Pavilion can provide a perfect setting for your business event. Hylands House has many Rooms to suit a variety of styles and capacities for up to 300 guests.

Hylands Estate caters for a range of business functions, from small early morning breakfast meetings to large scale events. Exclusively hire specific rooms, the entire House or our Grand Pavilion, whatever suits your needs.

We have full and half day packages available to suit your meeting requirements or, alternatively, we can tailor our packages and offer bespoke rates depending your needs. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

FULL DAY PACKAGE

£36.00 PER PERSON 

Use of one our Rooms of appropriate size from 9am – 5pm (inclusive of refreshment area for breaks and lunch).

Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, mid morning and mid afternoon with a Finger buffet lunch served with orange juice and water.

1 x flipchart or projector screen and 1 x projector included.

HALF DAY PACKAGES

£21.00 PER PERSON 

Use of one our Rooms (of appropriate size) from 9am – 1pm or 1pm to 5pm (inclusive of refreshment area for breaks).

Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival and mid morning/afternoon.

1 x flipchart or projector screen and 1 x projector included.
