
IMPORTANT LOCKDOWN UPDATE – Tuesday 5th January 2021:
1) Go to www.enlightenedmoments.co.uk
2) Click “My Tickets”
3) Enter your order number and email address to log in. If you don’t have your order number please email hylands@enlightenedmoments.co.uk to request a copy of it.
4) Once logged in, click the “request refund” button at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions on screen.
5) For those visitors requesting a booking voucher, this is issued within 24 hours. For visitors requesting a refund, once approved the refund is completed within 10 working days.
Please note if your original order was purchased with a previous voucher code you will not be able to request a refund via this method and you will need to contact hylands@enlightenedmoments.co.uk to request a manual refund / voucher.
